hi there...just a few images from the last few days.

11 months old today and all ready for halloween

11 months old...29.5 inches...not quite sure on weight but I'm going to guess at 20ish pounds. we've had a wonderful weekend with our little munchkin. she's all ready for halloween thanks to phoebe...the pj's are so cute. thank you!!!

we had a nice afternoon with matteo and auntie lindsay at the roundhouse drop in. tal was tired before we even got there...and she was pooped when we left! matteo taught tal a thing or two about walking (nearly running actually...man can that little man move!). here are some pics...

i don't know if you will notice the significance of this photo...but this is a little jay. jay always sticks his tounge to the side of his mouth when he's concentrating. i believe he gets that from nan bevan. tal is definitely her father's daughter ;)

we had an amazing dinner at gill & joe's to celebrate thanksgiving. i am still full! tal had her first piece of pumpkin pie...and loved climbing the stairs and playing the piano. she is on the move!

weekend fun...

it looks as though our nice weather is going to come to an end...so we tried to get a few things done around the house this weekend. we painted our front door a nice wine colour - on the first coat I couldn't believe how easy it was...but the last coat I couldn't feel my hand anymore ;) maggie had a bath and hid from us the rest of the day...and jay is determined to get those deck railings up so he'll be primed for next year's patio season!

we had a very fun night with the jenkinson family...our kids are going to have a lot of fun together in the future! ben and sophie couldn't get enough of tal...she learned some much needed survival skills! can't wait to do it again soon. enjoy the pics...happy thanksgiving!

what a week. it was an absolute blur. we have been so incredibly busy out here! talia got 2 new teeth on Monday - it's made for a few interesting nights! It truly amazes me how much she changes in even just one day. she's learning so much...so fast. she is so curious about everything (she is definitely jay's daughter!) and getting really steady on her feet. Here is a really cute video. It's a bit long - but very cute...especially at the end ;) She loves playing with herself in anything reflective ;) happy long weekend!

another beautiful weekend in bc...

what a great weekend! tal and I had a nice walk with auntie desi on Saturday afternoon (she looks great! her due date is Oct 31...we can't wait!)jay suprised us by coming home early on Saturday (he was in vegas 'working' ;))...just in time for a fun night out on the town to celebrate Taryn (to Robbie) & Lindy's (to Trong) enganements. Here are a few pics from some playtime on Saturday and our walk at Buntzen Lake on Sunday.

I can't belive it is already October! Where does the time go? We had a nice morning walk to the park today with Jill & Ty. Tal had her first ride on a swing (sadly...I guess we haven't been to enough playgrounds). Have a great weekend!
