tis the season...

we had a great weekend - some much needed r&r and our very first christmas tree! very exciting! tal was undecorating it about as fast as I could decorate it - but were enjoying every festive minute! Here are some pics and videos from the last few weeks...

birthday palooza...

a few festivites to celebrate the big day! a family dinner on wednesday with auntie gill, uncle joe and uncle michael. and joined by tal's friends on saturday afternoon for some fun and cake.

a beautiful birthday card arrived first thing in the morning on November 25th from Mrs. Heys. You have such impeccable timing!

our little beauty is 1!

where did the last year go? it's amazing to me that we now have a 1 year old. she has made this year wonderful for us...we are very proud to be her parents! happy 1st birthday beauty - may all your wishes come true!

trying something new...

we have a new camera and the video function isn't compatible with blogger (yet). so - we are going to try uploading to you tube and posting the links. the links are private - so you have to click on it through our site, or cut and paste it to pass it on. we'll see how it works - hopefully we'll be able to keep everything all in one place very soon.

playing catch up...

I know that it has been a very long time since our last post...but hoping this one will get us back on track. It has been a crazy, crazy month!

I've been working a lot - the Movember campaign is in the home stretch and the PR has been amazing. We've been averaging 100 media hits a week since the end of October, which is really incredible.

Tal and I both came down with H1N1 - not at all fun...but at least it's over with and we don't have to worry about getting it. Jay managed to look after us both and not get sick. I guess it is clear that Tal has my immune system - very unfortunate!

We had a visit from Eula. We weren't feeling well...but we all had some much needed rest in Whistler. We barely left the condo. Jay and Eula kept the flu at bay by drinking caesars ;)

We had a shower for Des and Isla on Saturday. Such a nice day. What a little cutie! We look forward to sailing school in the future ;)

It's a big week ahead. Our little beauty is turning 1 on Wednesday. Where does the time go? So much has happened in the last year. It's exciting to think about what next year will bring.

the end of an era...brode and gemma are moving to the north shore and after 10 years the club house is leaving the family. the boys are decked out in the movember turtlenecks. ahhh...the girls are soooooo lucky!

hi there...just a few images from the last few days.

11 months old today and all ready for halloween

11 months old...29.5 inches...not quite sure on weight but I'm going to guess at 20ish pounds. we've had a wonderful weekend with our little munchkin. she's all ready for halloween thanks to phoebe...the pj's are so cute. thank you!!!
